Composition structure
It is composed of a main gearbox, a mold box, a track wheel frame, a lifting frame, and an electrical control system. Each wire drawing drum is driven by a motor through a gear coupling to reduce the speed of two levels of cylindrical gears with different speed ratios, so that the drum rotates and works. The wire drawing drum is vertical and installed on the cover box, and the gear pair is lubricated by immersion oil. The inner wall equipment of the drum is equipped with a cooling water spray device to reduce the residual heat on the surface of the drawn steel wire transmission line drum. The drawing die is immersed in cooling water to lower the working temperature of the die.
